Back down to almost having a 44” waist. I want to see about getting to 40” and see where we go from there but I’m still under 200 lbs right now. I’ve also stopped eating anything after 8PM. Been almost a month of recording my metrics and over a month I’ve started getting back to exercise with a break of a week getting the puppy on a schedule #fitness #exercise #weightloss #weightlifting
