Seriously, I’m fairly certain internet at an early age can cause some mental growth issues.
So can isolation from your peer group, most if not all of whom depend on the internet for most of their socializing.
So can prolongued contact to that one uncle. You know which one.
Any specific Youth jargon is only ever in fashion for one age-group at a time, so not knowing that doesn’t make you old. When I left highschool, I didn’t understand the freshman’s jargon already.
Can a young person translate this for us? Is it already past their bedtime?
‘fanum tax’ = some streamer or tiktok or youtuber or something called fanum who takes people’s food and says ‘fanum tax’
‘ohio’ = I think it’s about “ohio vs the world” which has something to do with the entire US being Ohio
‘gyatt’ = exclamation about a big butt
‘skibidi’ = reference to this bizarre series called skibidi toilet which features toilets with heads sticking out of them doing battle with robots with cameras on their heads… I genuinely can’t tell if you’re making this up or not.
As a teacher, I know these are true because I’ve searched them myself (though fanum tax is new to me). Gyatt is basically the exclamation of “Goddamn” in response to a big booty. If you see a picture with a caption “the ___ in Ohio”, it is generally making fun of Ohio and the picture will be a messed up version of the thing. And Rizz is a shortening of charisma, but it usually deals more with the charisma it takes to sleep with someone.
You can always get off your rump and serchy searchysite 🤣
That takes the fun away, though.
I only know Ohio as the state that will be invaded by femboys armed with Nerf guns, and a kiwi trans girl leading them
a kiwi trans girl leading them
Kiwi as in from New Zealand, as in the bird, as in the fruit, as in the Samoan football club, , as in the American Samoan football club, or as in Kiwi Farms?
Kiwi as in from New Zealand
Aww, I was kinda rooting for it to be the bird… 😁
