I think the world as we have been used to it, is in a serious crisis on several levels.
I’m 60 years old, and I’ve never experienced nearly the level of justified doom and gloom we’ve seen the past few years.
Russia going to war against a democracy, stressful work environment and economy, climate change, pandemic, Republicans going insane, and social media bringing fuel to everything.
Everything simply seems more stressful than ever, and that is absolutely not healthy for the mind.
Stay safe, stay sane, and don’t take on more than you can handle.

The stress we’re experiencing is one thing, but the real issue is the direction we’re headed. We have nothing to look forward to. Nothing seems to resolving and most certainly not in a positive way. People’s only comforts are rooted in capitalism which ironically is the mastermind behind the suffering to begin with.

Humans can handle stress when there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Amazing what happens when u take away the reletivly easy life you gave to people to pacify them. Almost like people are realising that they have no hope. If ur gonna kill urself at least sit outside an amazon warehouse and set urself on fire (dont actualy do this). Dont be a statistic send a message. And for the love of god please dont kill yourself if you die you can not change the world it may feel hopless but remeber you are invincible when you have nothing left to lose.

The suicide rate for children ages 10 to 14 dropped 18% in 2022, to about 2 deaths for every 100,000 children, and the rate among those ages 15 to 24 fell 9% to about 14 deaths for every 100,000 people.

Maybe it was taking about these specific groups?
