How did that happen ? are u using a case for the laptop ? because it can break the screen avoid using one, and no if you take care of it wont spread.

If it’s a single hairline crack with no impact point or spider webbing, Apple’s limited warranty might cover it

Buy Applecare before you tell them there’s an issue. Once you have Applecare, tell them your laptop screen recently got fractured.
