    You can’t say a photo doesn’t show what happened lol. The question is was he endangering an opponent when making his challenge. Ok, he didn’t snap the player’s leg in the end but we’re probably talking milliseconds of timing and it could’ve been a different outcome. Based on the law he could have gone for this.

    Look, if that had been Longstaff doing this to Havertz, we’d have been screaming for a red card. He’s extremely lucky that his trailing leg is the only leg that caught him.

    Be thankful he only got a yellow for it.

    Opinion or not, according to the rules set out, this is a challenge they are trying to iron out. Udogie and havertz both should’ve been sent off. My opinion is that both are yellows as no contact is made however that’s not the rules.

    Edit: I know havertz made contact but it was the trailing leg that did contact which was at foot height which is far less dangerous.
