$120m for de jong next summer
In the league, we are currently 4th for passes into final 3rd, third for passes into penalty area, first for touches in final 3rd, and 3rd for touches in penalty area.
Not saying ball progression is not an issue (we were either first or second in these metrics season) but it’s less of an issue than whatever is going on with our forwards. They are getting enough of the ball in attacking areas.
It’s hard to progress the ball forward when it’s already there and you aren’t conceding ground
A player I wanted this summer instead of Havertz was Dani Olmo, scored a hattrick against Bayern to win silverware and has been on the up for several years in the 8/10 position. Wonder where he comes out on this
Sadly extremely injury prone, but yeah he is so good.
*Looks at Kai Havertz… then looks at Granit…*
K. Havertz, you must really step up !
FDJ insane, didnt expect his stats to be so good tbh. Barcelona look a less dangerous without him tho so it makes sense.
I don’t know what it is but we’ve just become so risk-averse in pursuit of control. Stifling opponents but also ourselves with that horseshoe pattern of passing.
A bit surprised with Rice as well since he tends to dominate the progressive carries chart.
our games are spent like over 60% in our opponents half, progression by itself is not really an issue when the game is in that state
Kai in the bottom most
Where is Rice?
Directly above Odegaard
Ahh i see now thanks. Very surprising
Frenkie is literally in a league of his own, damn
I think he’s Barca’s highest paid player right now. Certainly earning his coin
Never forget Barca actually try to force de Jong to Yanited
One of the funniest transfer drama ever
