    This is so Musk won’t face local prosecution for doing the same things in Europe he did here.
    Germany specially is going to be a target of his I think.

      It’s not legal, but it’s kind of like owning a weed dispensary. The feds won’t do anything about it (for now in the case of dispensaries).

      The difference is that weed dispensaries have the potential to help people with medical illnesses, whereas foreign bribes only have the potential to help sick people. Sick, sick people.

    After listening to it I’m semi relieved it’s not what I first assumed from the headline to be accepting foreign bribes. This just lets US business bribe foreign countries? Not that it’s much better, but the headlines was slightly misleading.
