A good time to remember that we bought Kane because we were wasting chances like Gala last season. They played some really good football though.
Great game from Gala. Very good pressing. They caused us more problems than other any team in the recent past. They just did not convert their chances. If they had, we could have lost today.
I’m not a fan of Tuchel and the way we play though.
Fuck Sane, when he plays bad, he just outplays everyone, this might be one of his worst performance ever in a Bayern shirt. Also hate to say this but Kimmich was so so bad today, although he’s had to play 180 mins within 3 days right after the fever he had which sounds ok for an excuse. Squads too thin, but Tuchel shouldn’t have been bailed out this easily. To end this, can’t take the credit away from Gala, what a fantastic 70 mins. Really hope they continue the run and make it to the knockouts, no one in the group deserves that more.

Well, you can’t say we didn’t tried lol. If Okan made the subs before we conceded a goal maybe we could’ve hold them out a little bit more.

I can’t complain, we need to be at least as half clinical as Bayern was in a game like this.
We need to talk about Kimmich… He’s very frustrating on corners and that penalty could have been avoided… he’s just less and less convincing with each season

Nowhere near this level but we do press high, but without Torreira it completely falls apart.
We did this same thing in the Copenhagen game and couldn’t convert our chances there either but I still think it is a valid strategy for especially for games like this, it could have went quite different in the first half if we were a bit more clinical.
