It is, but it really doesn’t make up for how shit he was the rest of this game.

Saka and Odegaard were really bad today, not just for their level but overall.

I’m glad Saka pulled this out in the end as it spares his blushes, but he’s well off the boil in terms of his overall impact on games. He’s such a good player that he turns tiny moments into concrete contributions but I hope it clicks soon because despite getting the assist he was by far the worse of the two wingers today.

This is why you don’t take Saka off for non-injury reasons EVER. Salah like quality of being able to be the difference maker at any point

And got a goal or an assist anyway. You realise you’re literally proving their point right?

Nope. I’m right. The problem is, no one here can be unbiased. Everyone bitches about his quality in game threads, cause he LITERALLY is invisible nearly every day these days. He gets the ball, is shut down on the wing. EVERY SINGLE TIME. He does the same move, EVERY SINGLE TIME. He’s supposed to be one of the best on the ball, but is shut down by shite defenders, CONSTANTLY. Two years ago, no one ever said, where’s saka. Or, saka’s on lockdown this game. It literally NEVER happened. Now? It’s all the time. And it’s not just tactics, he very rarely beats his man anymore. The fact that you all think other wise proves YOU all don’t watch the games. One good cross doesn’t undo an entire 90 minutes of abject failure on the wing. Sorry.

Bro the kid has 10 goal involvements in 10 games this season, so I’d pipe the fuck down if I were you.

Start sticking Leo upfront with Martinelli and Saka. Jesus and Nketia going through a dry spell 🔴⚪

I had my doubts we would win but put my hands up and say I was mistaken. I always forget that this season, we scored late and actually make a difference. A few years ago, we wouldn’t have done much, but I’m over the moon at the attitude of our players and manager.

    Loved this goal

I wish so so much that Nketiah had passed to Trossard instead of shooting from what seemed like 20 yards out straight at the keeper!

I know Trossard had another goal like this in him!!

Let me take a moment to dwell on Gusto’s “Oh fuck” moment when he realises Trossard has given him the slip!! I càn imagine the whole Chelski shite having the same “Oh fuck” moment
