Use Firefox or Chrome. Please, please, ditch Edge.

Download and install the uBlock Origin add-on/extension for your browser.

Once installed and configured (see Google if you need help with this), click on uBlock Origin and then click on the gears icon in the bottom-right of the window to open up the uBlock Origin Dashboard.
- Click on My filters, then add these two lines:
||madison.com/shared-content/art/tncms/api/access.js$script,1p,important
When you are done it should look similar to this (mine has the date added):
- Reload madison.com and enjoy no paywall.
What you are doing is blocking this kind-of nasty file that tracks and blocks your ad blocker, blocks you form using in-private mode, and sends metrics to servers unknown.
