Police cars are far too frequent in comparison to terrestrial vehicles in AI traffic when enabled, The fun factor would be significantly enhanced if there were a lower chance of cops spawning - giving room for more “spirited driving” and with that the capacity to forget they are even there.

Currently the Spawn (police) option offers a greater than totalitarian presence of cops which is too overwhelming to appreciate.
