Not all of them. Tesla has two groups of investors, Elon Musk and his cult members on one side, and investors that deceived themselves into thinking Tesla is a rational investment on the other. The former has the majority of the shares, and the latter is wasting their time and money trying to get the courts to rein in the cult.
