“It was just so hot in that voting booth!”
Oregon’s long running vote-by-mail means that, despite voting in every election since I was 18, I’ve never been to polling place or gotten an I Voted sticker. One of these would make up for that.
Are you sure? Next time you get your mail ballot check the extra sheets papers and information pamphlets for a sticker.
I know that initial ballot envelopes in some other vote by mail states do include that sticker, along with other election information, but I have no idea how universal that approach it.
Here’s a video of The Oregonian trying to fix the situation.
One county offers proper stickers and I think the county that Portland is in (Multnomah) offers “virtual” stickers, but I’ve never lived in those counties.
I am disappointed in Oregon. I have voted by mail in Colorado and California (not at the same time lol), and both states mailed the I Voted stickers with the ballot.
But until your vote is turned in those stickers are lies.
I don’t (personally) trust my state (or any red state really) to not just “not count” mail-in ballots, sadly.
I am, however, lucky enough to have a polling place that doesn’t get overwhelmed and crowded, so in-person voting isn’t too bad.

The muscly wolf man ripping off his shirt next to me didn’t help matters much either.
I’m usually pretty shit at guessing the era of specific meme behavior, but this feels like a callback to early 2010’s and I don’t think anything can ever top the Dub the Dew contest.
Boaty McBoatface was the rated G version, and didn’t have thr novelty of the Dew campaign. It is probably a close second.
Dub the Dew was just lightning in a bottle (or maybe a can).
I wonder how’d you get one of these if you don’t live in MI. As a NC voter I so want one of these. May just have to make my own.
