Do you think providing weapons and intelligence to Ukraine to fend off Russia, the invading aggressor, is an act of war or helping an ally?

Regime change wars do not work.

We have decades of examples and data to show what they actually accomplish.

Negotations and peace are the only solutions if people really care about stopping the killing of the working class in these wars that only help our military defense industry increase their CEO bonus by beating previous quarter profits and stock prices.

I try to look behind and beyond the surface of what caused the war in the first place.

What led to these conflicts and the history behind them, especially when we somehow continue to magically bring democracy to these regions, whether it be:

          1. Latin America
          2. Middle East
          3. Africa
          4. Russia
          5. China
          6. Korea
          7. Vietnam
          8. Etc.

I highly recommend checking out geopolitics and independent journalists that report on such topics in detail and at length.

As you can tell, my views are more from an anti-imperialist perspective, as well as sharing information from that perspective.

You have already set your mind to accept certain views on this topic, so there is no need to act like you would like to hear a different perspective.

Not to be taken as a negative, but you remind me of how Piers Morgan likes to frame his questions to guests on his show; you should check him out.

He interviews some great people; I have shared some of his videos on Lemmy and as well of people breaking down his way of talking and framing such questions.

“Involved” is doing a lot of heavy lifting for Iraq. Yeah, the US is doing bombing runs on grids called by ITACs - who were previously trained by US forces - but when Da’esh comes knocking and we see a body count, how many US forces are involved in that? IA and especially the CTS are out there leading their own operations. Give them some credit.

Funny how people down vote this because they don’t like criticism of biden. I’m sorry but biden is a war criminal. The amount of suffering that people have had because of him is unjustifiable in anyway.
